What you can do
Many generators
Integers, dice, coins, list shuffles, winner draws, and decimals.
Atmospheric entropy
Every 10 minutes the service mixes a hash of fresh METAR weather reports into a key that also contains OS randomness.
Private lists
Your list items never leave the browser; the page asks the server only for a random permutation.
Public API
JSON endpoints for integers and decimals, with documented limits.
Getting started
- 01
Open random.math7.com.
- 02
Choose a generator and set the range or list.
- 03
Generate, or call the documented API from your own code.
Access
Math7 Random is public and needs no account. The API allows 60 requests per minute per address.
Privacy and data
List items stay in your browser. Do not use the service for passwords or cryptographic keys — generate those locally.
Common questions
Is it truly random?
Each request uses fresh OS randomness with an HMAC-SHA256 stream and rejection sampling, so results are unbiased within the requested range.
Can I use it for passwords?
No. Generate passwords and keys on your own device.
